I chose this edition as it appears to be the only Kindle version of Shakespeare's complete works with line numbers, which are essential for academic purposes. However, this version only offers a partial glossary and there are no glosses of the meanings of words as Shakespeare used them, which is also essential for academic purposes and one would think could be made available in electronic form. I suppose electronic texts still have a long ways to go before they are on a par with printed media.
The only disadvantage of this edition is that the notes and explanations of some words and expressions are missing. Without additional notes it is quite difficult to read and understand Shakespeare.
Es ist ein ganz schöner Brocken dieses Buch.Es ist so dick, und schwer, dass man es natürlich auch nicht mit in den Urlaub nimmt oder in der Bahn liest ;)Aber es enthält alles was ich von Shakespeare erwarte oder kenne.Das hat mich überzeugt.Ein dickes fettes Buch, in dem (alle) seine Werke versammelt sind.Die Seiten sind sehr dünn, aber ich hatte damit und mit der Schriftgröße beim lesen keine weiteren Probleme.Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es wie gesagt, wegen der Unhandlichkeit, die einen leider daran hindert dieses Werk öfter zu Rate zu ziehen und in ihm zu schmökern.
